How to claim it

1. Go to /upload. In the order number box, type FREE-FIRST.
2. Use your work email. It identifies your firm and is how you pick up the files.
3. Upload one statement-month (one account, one month).
4. Prefer email? Send it to [email protected] with the subject FREE FIRST, your firm name, and the PDF attached.
5. We aim to finish within 12 hours. Then go to /pickup, enter FREE-FIRST as the receipt number and the same email to get your private download link. The link and all files are deleted 7 days after delivery.

Terms (plain English)

• One free statement-month per firm. A firm is identified by its email domain and business name. For personal addresses (gmail.com and similar), it is one per email address and business name.
• For bookkeepers, accountants and businesses converting their own or their clients' statements. Send only statements you hold as the account holder or as their authorized bookkeeper/accountant.
• If you upload more than one statement-month under FREE-FIRST, we convert the first one only and tell you how to pay for the rest. We never charge you automatically.
• We may decline duplicate claims, abuse, or files we cannot process, and we will tell you if we do. No payment details are needed and nothing renews.
• Same handling as paid orders: encrypted on arrival, used only for your order, deleted 7 days after delivery (privacy note).
