Privacy note
- Who may send files: only the account holder or that account holder's bookkeeper/accountant. We may ask you to confirm this.
- How uploads are protected: files are encrypted the moment they reach our upload endpoint, using a key only our private processing machine holds. They wait in private, non-public storage until pulled into the job folder, then that copy is deleted.
- Where files go: one private, access-restricted job folder. Nothing is ever published, shared, or used as a sample. The samples on this site are synthetic.
- Single use: your data is used only to produce your files. It is never used for marketing, training, analytics, or anything else.
- Delivery: finished files are delivered by a private download link on getledgerready.com, not by email attachment. The link contains a long random code; we store only a fingerprint of it, and the files are encrypted at rest with a key derived from it, so they cannot be read without the link. You get the link at getledgerready.com/pickup by entering your Stripe receipt number and payer email; we verify these against the paid order and never show the link otherwise. Download pages are marked noindex. Treat the link like a password.
- Deletion: the download link expires and all uploaded statements and outputs are deleted 7 days after delivery, and each deletion is logged. Download your files promptly. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see card numbers.
- Please redact full account numbers if you like. We only need dates, descriptions, amounts and balances.
